Enjoy a buffet assortment of plant-based dumplings, buns, and small plates inspired by traditional Chinese yum cha.
Chef Val previously owned vegan restaurant The Dandylion in Bondi and is currently combining her passion for cooking and art by hosting creative events showcasing her food.
With the links between meat consumption and its negative impacts on the planet, chef Val’s cooking shows the infinite flavourome possibilities of vegan cuisine.
This experience can be completely customisable from 5 course vegan degustations, tacos and tunes (with DJ), to brunch with sustainability speakers. Meals can be brunch, lunch or dinner.
The venue also has a sound system, DJ console, disco lights, dance floor, and projector setup for parties.
